-Description: This course is the same as the Guide to Practical Bartending with more focus on the cocktail explosion and a heavier weighting on practical drink making. This course is more suitable for bartenders who have already learnt the basics of bartending but do not necessarily have comprehensive knowledge of how to make and sell cocktails.
-Course outline:
* A Guide to Practical Bartending
* Plus 30 classic and trendy cocktails.
-Weighting Theory 30%, Practical 70%.
