27 October - Never to miss an opportunity to watch celebs in style - pouring perfect drinks at the Jameson first shot shoot - a competition to film with Actor Kevin spacey at Moonlight Studios, observatory, Cape Town for 200 people.

30 October - An event in aid of Metro FM Soul Session sponsored by White Star super Maize and Jameson Irish Whisky held at M'HUNDI wine farm, kraaifontein, Cape Town for 350 people.

BTW CT started off the cricket season at WP Cricket Club with an exciting game between SA and Australia between the 9th and the 11th of November, where SA won the game by 8 wickets. Once again Distell and SAB proud sponsors of this exciting game.

18th of November BTW CT staff poured drinks during the Cobra's and Titans Cricket match held at the Western Province cricket club where Distell and SAB were the sponsors. Spoilt for choice, BTW caters for all at the business lounge for the Ajax vs Super Sport United game at Cape Town Stadium on the 18th of November.

22 November - GQ product launch sponsored by Jameson Irish Whiskey hosted by Liesl Van Der Westhuizen at Table Bay Hotel, Cape Town for 200 people. Watching beautiful people walk past is by no means an easy job for the BTW CT staff!

30 November at Vida e Caffé in the Upper Eastside Hotel, Woodstock, Cape Town in aid of The Rock me Again Fashion show sponsored by Jameson, rocked the evening away with BTW pouring perfect Jameson drinks

11 December - 15th anniversary celebrations of the signing of the Constitution - Clients - PRSA - Chivas Regal at Constitution Hill for 500 people. President Zuma graced us with his presence.

15 - 20 December - SA vs Sri Lanka Test Match at Super Sport Park for 110 people.

Metro FM Awards held at Mbombela Stadium in Nelspruit held for 2000 people sponsored by Pernod Ricard (Jameson Select Reserve). The event was the 25th annual Metro Fm awards and it was the 2nd time it had been held in Nelspruit. Bartenders Workshop worked at the after party for the event that lasted till 06h00 the next morning. BTW served at 20m bars pouring drinks until the early hours of the morning.

Bartenders Jhb Staff attended and managed the bar at Metro FM at Urban Tree in Sandton for another successful event on the 12th of August 2011.

September celebrated many events in Port Elizabeth, starting off with PE Director - Timann Heath's getting married - congratulations. The order of the day for PE was 3 fashion.

Shows for the Nelson Mandela Fashion Students. This year they welcomed 650 people for their year end fashion shows and was sponsored by Bos Ice Tea.

DKT Engineering held a cocktail event on the 27th of September in our friendly city, PE.

Adrap Lunch banquet dinner on the 26th of September 2011 at the NMB Stadium and the OKUK Festival from the 30th of September until 8 October were all keeping PE BTW team very busy.

17^th of August the DeWet Barry Foundation hosted a breakfast at Slipperfields, and was hosted by Bob Skinstad, Percy Montgomery, Brian Habana and Victor Matfield. The Bartenders Workshop PE staff was complimented on great service.

18^th of August BTW ran the bar for the Live Boots & All broadcast. Approximately 300 people attended which was held in the SARU tent at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium.

18^th of August presented another prime event in the VW Leadership Address for approximately 450 people held at the Port Elizabeth Opera House. The PE staff ran 3 bars, a coffee bar, as well as staffed the venue with qualified waitrons for the event

19th of August Bartenders Workshop ran the bar for a SARU Ladies lunch consisting of 330 people. Wives of all New Zealand and South African rugby players were invited and spoilt. The lunch was held in the SARU tent at Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium:

Saturday the 20th, PE BTW served perfect drinks at the successful TriNations game at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium where SA beat NZ in true bokke style. Serving drinks to over 2000 people celebrating in true winning style.

From the 23rd of December till the 7th of January, BTW ran a cocktail lounge at the Sun International Casino at the Boardwalk, as an addition to their new smoking lounge.

Bartenders Workshop once again at the best food show, The Good Food and Wine Show at the Durban Exhibition Centre between 28th and 31st of July. Etienne, BTW MD, pairing cocktails with dishes made by celebrity Chefs such as Rachel Allen and Australian Master Chef Winner 2011.
