This year the national cocktail competition for both the classic and flair division will be held at the Good Food and Wine shows in Cape Town, Durban and JHB in conjunction with Havana Club Rum, Giffard Syrups and Angustora Bitters. The overall winners of each division will represent South Africa at the 59th IBA congress meeting in 2010.
