Kurt Schlechter a partner in bartenders workshop, training director and Gauteng branch manger has extensive experience in flair:

• He has competed in over twenty flair competitions including legend of Bartending - Las Vegas.

• Has develop some of the top cutting edge judging criteria for flair tending
• Is one of the FBA judges for international competitions.
• Is the founder of flair club South Africa.
• Flair club is the breeding ground for most of the top SA flair bartenders
• Trains over 100 bartenders a year in flair

Etienne Schlechter a partner in Bartenders Workshop and national MD for BTW also has extensive experience in flair:

• He is the president of SABA - South African Bartenders Association
• Judged over fifty bartending competitions
• Is one of the IBA judges for international competitions
• Is the known as "The voice of flair" acting as host & mc at nearly every SA competition
• Judged the 2006 World Championships in Greece.
• Manages a huge database of flair bartenders
