In November The Bartenders Workshop was honored to part of the transformation of the Union Bar at the prestigious Table Bay Hotel in Cape Town. The Table Bay asked MD Etienne Schlechter and Cape Town trainer Owen O’Reilly to train and improve the bartender’s cocktail making skills and product knowledge for the opening of the revamped bar. The Table Bay also asked Etienne to design an exiting and contemporary cocktail menu for the occasion. They will be serving them from the 1st of December. Go and check them out!
