LOERIE AWARDS 2009
The who´s who of South African advertising were out at this year´s Loerie awards held at the The Good Hope Centre. Two thousand five hundred guests attended the event on each of the two nights. The Bartenders Workshop was on hand to make sure guests were never thirsty. 52 Bartenders and 50 metres of beyond bar structure added a new dimension to this year´s event making it one of the most successful yet.

One hundred metre bar and fifty bartenders for one week. This was another huge scale bar service event for The Bartenders Workshop at Aardklop held in Potchefstroom from 29 September 2009 to the 3rd October 2009. Our experience in running events and festivals this size makes the organiser´s job much easier.

Aardklop
Over 8000 patrons attended the successful event this year. The Bartenders Workshop had bar setups and staff at 4 different locations and a smooth running bar operation. In fact consumption went from 80 litres of wine to a staggering 350 litres this year.
Breedekloof
The Taste of Johannesburg at Monte Casino was held from 30 September 2009 to 4 October 2009. The Bartenders Workshop ran the Amarula stand serving delicious creamy cocktails. We also set up the Burchells Casino stand and patrons could win some great prizes. On top of these two we provided bar services for Vawter and built an awesome island bar for Absolut. What a month it was!.
Taste of Johannesburg
The Final Leg of the National Cocktail Competition will be held at the Coca Cola Dome in Johannesburg at the end of October. Good luck to all the participants.
