Beau Prinsloo

Beau started his career in the food and beverage industry over 15 years ago. Beau's bar experience spans across the globe from South Africa to London to Miami, Florida.

He has worked in some of Cape Town's best bars and clubs including 5 flies, Sports Café and the biggest club in Africa, Dockside in Canal Walk.

This was where Beau met Etienne for the first time in 1999 where Etienne was the general manager and hired Beau as a bartender.

After Dockside, Beau went on to act as bar manager for the legendary bar The Rocking Shamrock in Long Street.

Beau then worked for Etienne again joining the Bartenders workshop co owned club Mink, in Green Market Square.

Beau became the bar manager after a year and a half and later became a permanent member of the BTW team starting off as an events co-ordinator.

Beau worked for Bartenders Workshop Head Office for 4 years and resigned as General Manager to open his own franchise in Kwazulu Natal.
