Denzel gained most of his 10years of service industry experience during the 2years he spent abroad in the United States of America. Beverage management & event coordinating for the beverage department of a prestigious New York country Club and Silver service in Florida.

Through local venue management he also gained vast experienced and training in SA.

He started the concept of liquid catering in the Eastern Cape and by this he opened his own company early 2007. The company, formally known as Shake and Strain Liquid Catering, has merged with the BTW earlier this year to create BTW EC. Denzel was relocated to Jhb and now runs the branch there.

A peoples person and a barmen's barmen, he can whip you up a cocktail with flair and style, and serve it with grace and elegance.
